Wedding Day Schedule
6:00 PM
Welcome to The Willow Estate. Refreshments will be available as guests arrive .
4:00 PM
Join us in the garden as we exchange our vows and officially begin our next chapter together.
4:45 PM
Enjoy drinks, light bites and live music on the terrace while we take a few photographs with our families.
6:00 PM
We will gather for dinner in the glasshouse, followed by speeches and a few stories
8:00 PM
Meet us on the dance floor for music, celebration and a night we hope none of us will forget.
11:00 PM
The formal celebration will come to an end, with return transportation available for guests.

Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for our guests at The Alder Hotel, approximately fifteen minutes from the wedding venue. Use the booking code OLIVIA & DANIEL when reserving your room to receive the preferred wedding rate. Please book by August 12, 2027, as availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Dress Code
We invite our guests to wear formal attire with a relaxed garden feel. Suits, formal separates, midi dresses and full-length dresses are all welcome. Part of the celebration will take place outdoors on grass, so block heels or comfortable formal footwear are recommended

Food and Drinks
A seated dinner, dessert and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served throughout the evening. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options will be available. Please share any dietary requirements when completing your RSVP.

Transportation
Complimentary shuttle transportation will be available between The Alder Hotel and The Willow Estate. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:00 PM and return trips will begin at 9:30 PM. The final shuttle will leave the venue shortly after 11:00 PM.
